Dr. Li and Dr. Levin will moderate an in depth discussion on multidisciplinary treatment modalities. Root resorption is one of the greatest challenges in dental treatment. Many aspects of resorption are not well understood. Dr. Megan Green will provide literature based evidence and clinical cases to discuss resorption, etiology and classifications; as well as restorative and endodontic treatment planning considerations. Dr. Amy Camba and Dr. Zachary Levin will also present multidisciplinary treatment planning, complications and management of prosthodontics and orthodontic cases.

Moderator: G. Eric Li, D.D.S., M.S.D.
Dr. G. Eric Li graduated from the Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and Doctor of Dental Surgery. He completed his post-doctorate training in Periodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry in Biomedical Immunology at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Li specializes in diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, dental implants, advanced alveolar bone grafting and periodontal plastic surgery. His thesis focused on the biomedical immunology of periodontal disease and type II diabetes. Dr. Li is published in multiple peer review biomedical and periodontal research journals.
Dr. Li and his wife, Tina, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Layla and their Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Coco and Casey. He also likes traveling and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and running. Dr. Li spends his free time playing blues/jazz on his guitar and listening to his favorite artist, Eric Clapton. Dr. Li is fluent in English and Chinese.

A third-generation orthodontist, Dr. Levin graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience followed by a Master of Arts in medical science from Boston University School of Medicine. He then received a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed an advanced specialty education program in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics. Dr. Levin is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and is on staff at The Ben Massell Dental Clinic volunteering to provide orthodontic care for Atlanta’s underserved populations. Dr. Levin and his wife, Shannen, were drawn to the charm of the South and are excited to set roots in Atlanta with their son, Barrett.
